Boko Haram reportedly slit the throats of 10 fishermen in villages near Baga


Boko Haram members on Monday July 27th raided some villages near the town of Baga in Borno state, slitting the throat of 10 fishermen and destroying their properties.Speaking to AFP today, Abubakar Gamandi, head of the fishermen's union in Borno State said,
“On Monday around 4 pm, Boko Haram attacked three villages on the shores of Lake. Chad where they slaughtered 10 people, all of them fishermen,”
The report was further confirmed by a local fisherman, Buhari Dan-Malam.
