Trailer drivers already flouting Lagos govt restriction law

Barely 24 hours after Lagos state government announced a restriction of movement for Trailers in the state (6am to 7pm) this trailer was seen this morning on a major road in the city at about 7am. Hope the Lagos state government would come hard on defaulters.
