Gospel singer, pastor Marvin Sapp releases first single from new album

GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Marvin Sapp, the Grammy-nominated singer who heads Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids, has released a new single from his upcoming album "You Shall Live."
The single, "Yes You Can," is now available for download and features an "up-tempo beat and contemporary grooves" according to a release. The single aims to empower listeners to find strength in God to triumph over every trial and test.

The two-time Best Gospel Artist award winner's last full length album, "I Win," was his third consecutive release to reach the top of the Gospel charts according to Billboard. The album, a tribute to his late wife, was the topic of discussion during an NPR interview where Sapp was called "the biggest name in gospel today."
